Fees
Fees for our services will be communicated to you prior to the commencement of the engagement. Payment terms will also be communicated to you in advance. Payment is due in full before the commencement of services.
Intellectual Property
All materials, including but not limited to text, images, videos, and graphics, provided by H.I.T Leadership in connection with the services are the property of H.I.T Leadership and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Confidentiality
H.I.T Leadership agrees to maintain the confidentiality of all information provided by clients in connection with our services. We will not disclose any confidential information to any third party without your prior written consent.
Limitation of Liability
H.I.T Leadership will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid by you for the services.
Termination
Either party may terminate the engagement at any time for any reason. In the event of termination, all fees owed to H.I.T Leadership must be paid in full.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the rules of the London Court of International Arbitration.
Modification
H.I.T Leadership reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without notice. By continuing to use our services, you agree to be bound by the updated Terms and Conditions.
